Privacy
Last updated: August 2026. Short version: we collect what the product needs, we never sell it, and we say so in writing.
What we collect
Account information (email, name if you provide it), API keys you create, verification history for addresses you check, and billing records via Stripe. We do not buy data, and we do not sell data.
What we do with verified addresses
Addresses you verify through the API or dashboard are stored so your history and bulk jobs keep working. They are never merged into our lists, never shared with other customers, and never used to send you marketing email.
SMTP probes
Verification performs a standard SMTP handshake with the target mail server. No email content is ever transmitted or stored — the probe establishes delivery status only.
Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. Emails we send (support, receipts, account alerts) go through an email provider under a data-processing agreement.
Retention & deletion
Verification results are retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account deletes your verification history; billing records are retained as required by law. Contact hello@multivalidator.io to exercise any of this.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal first-party storage for theme preference and session auth. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
