Terms of service
Last updated: August 2026. Using MultiValidator means you agree to these terms — written to be read, not filed.
The service
MultiValidator provides email verification: syntax checks, DNS lookups, SMTP probes, and related tools via the website, dashboard, and API. We describe our checks and their limits on this site; the API documentation is part of these terms.
Accounts & credits
An account is required for API access and bulk verification. New accounts receive a free credit allowance. Credits are consumed per completed check; failed requests never cost a credit. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. If a subscription lapses, unused credits are revoked after a 7-day grace period.
Acceptable use
You may verify addresses you have legitimate reason to verify. You may not use the service to send email, to harvest addresses, to probe systems without authorization, or to attack mail servers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Verdicts are probabilistic
Verification results reflect the checks we run on the day we run them. Mail servers change their behavior: catch-all servers, greylisting, and provider throttling are documented limits. We provide a score and a reason, not a guarantee of delivery.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled case by case and reasonably.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
